Our store is hosted on Woocommerce. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products, courses, and services to you.

Our Training Courses, Training Materials and downloadable products come with an exclusive, non-transferable licence to use on the following terms:

- Publish downloadable products on your own social media platforms
You may not:
- Republish material from Frisky Fusion in part or in whole
- Sell, rent or sub-license material from Frisky Fusion in part or in whole
- Loan, merge, adapt, translate, vary, alter or modify material from Frisky Fusion in part or in whole
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Frisky Fusion in part or in whole, except where it is necessary for completing an associated course
- Redistribute content from Frisky Fusion in part or in whole
- Combine or incorporate material from Frisky Fusion in part or in whole with any other materials
- Provide or make available material from Frisky Fusion, in any form to any person, without prior written consent from Frisky Fusion.
SECTION 7 – REVISIONS AND CHANGES TO PURCHASES
By purchasing downloadable products from us, you acknowledge that they are sold “as is” and no modifications will be made to them. For personalized content, we offer a range of personalized products and services which you are welcome to purchase. Our other products and services come with two revision opportunities. Should you require further changes beyond the two revisions, we reserve the right to charge our current hourly rate or per revision to complete the work until you are fully satisfied. You will receive an estimated cost before we start with the additional revisions.

- loss of, damage to or corruption of data
- any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind, whether caused by tort, breach of contract or otherwise
SECTION 24 – CONFIDENTIALITY
The Service Provider agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information shared by the Client in connection with the social media services. Confidential information includes but is not limited to business plans, customer data, proprietary technology, and trade secrets.
SECTION 25 – REFUNDS OR RETURNS
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase or download of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a product return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@friskyfusion.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Courier
To return your product, you should e-mail us and we will supply you with a courier address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Courier costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return courier will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are sending an item over R 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing courier insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
SECTION 26 – CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client acknowledges and agrees to provide the Service Provider with all necessary information, materials, and access required to perform the purchased services. This includes but is not limited to branding assets, logos, images, content, and relevant account credentials.
The Client understands that they are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, and compliance of any information, data, or materials provided to the Service Provider for use in the services.
SECTION 27 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Contract, along with any separate Agreement or proposal, constitutes the entire agreement between the Service Provider and the Client concerning the digital online marketing services. Any modifications or amendments to this Contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
