Lenie Jacobs embarked on her professional journey as a physiotherapist in 2005, graduating from the University of the Free State. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish her first practice in 2007 alongside an associate in the quaint town of Phalaborwa. However, due to multiple relocations, Lenie found herself reestablishing her practice four times, offering her invaluable insights into the nuances of marketing a physiotherapy practice.

In 2015, Lenie’s late husband, Eugene, kindled the flames of entrepreneurship with the inception of Edge Custom Carry. As the business flourished, Lenie transitioned from clinical practice to assume the role of Marketing Director, devoting her time and expertise to Edge Custom Carry’s growth journey.

In 2020, Lenie and her friend Charisa, both ardent supporters of small businesses, united their efforts, initially geared towards marketing their respective family businesses. Recognising their shared vision, they amalgamated their strengths and ideas to form Frisky Fusion (Pty) Ltd, with the intention of extending their support to other small businesses. However, as circumstances evolved, Charisa’s elevation to CEO of her family business in 2022 and Eugene’s health battle demanded a temporary pause for Frisky Fusion.

Following Eugene’s passing in 2023, Lenie focused on resolving all affairs and is now prepared to guide small business owners in realising their aspirations. With a wealth of experience in healthcare practices/clinics, as well as service-based or product-based businesses, Lenie stands ready to support businesses in various domains.
